My 14 year old daughter and I drove 45 miles to go to ULTA last night and just let me say it was the worse experience. I don't know if they are understaffed or what but after buying 195.00 worth of makeup and having to hunt for it ourselves, I'm very unhappy. I won't mention the 2 working but the guy scared us and the girl working was rude. My daughter loves this store in general but after our trip I'd rather pay more than to ever go back there.
