Good customer service. They are always busy but able to help finding products. My only complaint is there pick up service. Whenever I make an online order. I park in the designated spot but there is nowhere on the app or website to check in. And I end up having to go in and then the sales associate says they are having trouble in there and two. As someone who worked in retail management for nearly a decade, part of that being at an Ulta in another state, I know good employees don’t get general compliments from the public nearly enough! Kai (sp?) at this location was so incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful when I brought my mother in law in today for some new makeup.
