I went in and needed to exchange some shampoo and conditioner and I was telling the hairstylist manager (didn’t catch her name) that was behind the counter the issues I was having and she was very quick to help me and tell me what I was doing wrong so that I could correct it! The cashier Guadalupe was also very sweet and informed of everything that was on my account! Very awesome experience thanks to these ladies!

I gave myself a birthday present by treating myself to cut,color and make up lesson. I had Kristin. She is exceptional. She listened and talked over what she was going to do. I had a car emergency and she was kind enough to keep me safe in the store until helped arrives. The help was a lovely young woman with dark curly hair who actually fixed the car. i needed to return an item i had previously planned on keeping. i thought i may have missed my chance to return it… and i threw the receipt away. rookie mistake. Niki was SO SO SO quick and helpful! she looked up my receipt in the system, let me know i hadn’t missed the opportunity to return and put the money back on my card even tho i didn’t have my receipt! AND SHE WAS SO KIND ABOUT IT. 10/10 give Niki a raise. (i’m 99.9% sure that’s her name but if it wasn’t, you know who you are!!)

Chris, did an absolute amazing job! I love how my hair came out. I came in with ideas and Chris absolutely did an amazing job and exceeded my expectation!! Will definitely be coming back.
