They locked the doors 10 mins early. Corporate would love to hear this. I used to work at Ulta and this is totally not their policy!! Me and other costumers were waiting at the door while employees just starred at us from inside.
Unable to Give A Zero ... UGH!

Took an uber here because online it said they had the product. Got there, thought it would be a quick in and out. They proceed to keep me waiting at the register for almost 15mins waiting “for someone to help me find a product” meanwhile my uber is racking up outside waiting for me. A line is forming behind me and only one person seems to be working in the whole damn store. Person finally comes and says “oh we don’t have it”. Absolutely useless
