Went in semi-blind for what I was looking for, but was found lost in the nail care aisle by Dianna. I expressed how sensitive my skin is to everything, and she recommended a cuticle oil for me. She also showed me all the necessities I would need to remove the gel nail polish I had on. good selection of stuf, much poorly labeled price wise place is a little unorganized and salon has nobody working in it. I spent way more than I realized after I left town and checked my receipt. watch when they are checking out its not the cashiers fault, but be aware.

am thrilled to write this review for Dianna She has provided exceptional customer service to me and is always incredibly sweet and professional. Her work ethic is truly commendable, and it often feels like she’s working around the clock, putting in the effort of 50 hours a week. Her dedication and positive attitude make a huge difference in this location.

I came in with my daughter tonight and had such a great experience! Dianna, the sales manager, was incredibly sweet and helpful. She helped us sign up for the Ulta credit card to save on our big purchase and explained everything clearly. She was so patient and kind the whole time. It’s people like her who make me want to keep coming back! Thanks again, Dianna, for all your help!

In need of a face make-up concealer, I visited Ulta at Ward Parkway. I was cordially greeted at the front door entrance by Dianna, who is the Sales Manager. Dianna, asked what she could assist me with and immediately showed me several shades that would compliment my skin along with introducing me to a transparent powder.
