This Ulta location is small in products but big in customer service! I am not that knowledgeable when it comes to beauty products and needed some assistance, Paityn was eager and happy to assist. She took the time to walk me around the store and explain each product to me throughly. She was so kind throughout the entire experience. She tested different products on me and made sure I was 100% satisfied before leaving the store.If you would like amazing customer service, go to this location! Thank you again, Paityn!
Went to this store today to purchase products and encountered an employee with curt attitude. She became upset after I used a gift card that she called 'little.' Well, my little funds help contribute your hourly rate. This will be my last time shopping in your store. Learn some manners and how to treat customers who come in all shades.
