Awful experience at Ulta at the location at Skyview in Kansas City, MO. They send so many emails about your birthday month. The person states you can't get the gift unless you are platinum or diamond member. I have been a member for years and I spend money there regularly. Sepora does a better job all the time. Please ladies of Color spend your money somewhere else.
This is specifically for the Tiffany Springs location. They were absolutely amazing. I was assisted with hair care and fragrance. I asked about a perfume that is being discontinued and the girl helping me checked stock on her handheld and even though it said they didn't have it, she checked the stock room and I was able to purchase 3 bottles. I am extremely happy with the service in that loaction. I will forever avoid the Liberty store.
