Went in today for advice and color match for foundation, the young man who helped me was amazing. He was very patient and found me the perfect item. His name was Gavin, he’s an asset to your store!

Originally I went into the Ulta at the mall in Johnson City for a foundation shade match. I was treated as an inconvenience and given the wrong shade. I drove 30 minutes to the Ulta in Kingsport to do a return and attempt to get a shade match. As I started the return process with Gavin, I told him the story and that I was sorry about the return.
