This location really needs to work on their customer service. First of all, I had a question and a young girl was “helping” me, mid conversation an elderly lady walks up and interrupts us. The young girl did not bother to say “I’m helping another customer, I will be right with you”. (1/15/2026) Edited to change rating from one to three stars. After reaching out to Ulta Guest Services online, communication for a refund was initiated promptly from Kingsport Ulta. (12/4/2025) Really bummed to write this. Got a haircut from Ebony and I thought it just looked choppy/piecey from the finishing product she used, since I don't use those products. Got home, washed it and realized the layers were uneven and cut super deep and the ends weren't straight either. I called ulta the same day to see if I could get a refu... read more
The store is not wheelchair or stroller accessible. Went in with my elderly mother who could not shop around this store. We asked an employee why it was so crowded and she said her general manager and district manager said they don't care unless someone complains: so here I am complaining. We will not be returning to this location where the disabled are treated like an afterthought or an inconvenience.
