I called to have an order held for me one extra day and they “made a note” on it that they would hold it. I get to the store, they have put my items back despite it all because of miscommunication on THEIR part. One of the girls working today was also working when I called and vouched that I called and that the team working that day said they would hold it. The red haired cashier was super friendly!! I always ALWAYS buy my daughters things from here
The people who work in Belks in Kingsport are the rudest people to customers. They close the store 10 to 15 minutes early. And their store looks like a garage sale compared to Johnson City. Done!
