I’ve now tried curbside pickup twice, and both times been completely ignored and had to go into the store. The first time I waited over 25 minutes, this time I waited 12. When I walked in, two staff members were chatting on the floor and 2 behind the counter with no line; I walked right up. Just had such a nice experience here. First time picking out a real perfume and literally 5 girls told me I was making a good decision and made me feel so confident in the one I chose! Just such kind women work here :)

I was Really looking forward to a cut/trim from Ulta today for my scheduled appointment at 11:30 a.m. but I was called 10 minutes prior to my appointment, stating that it was canceled due to a “family emergency” I wish I was informed ahead of time, or at least had a qualified stylist available to take the place of the stylist that I was supposed to have! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD EXPERIENCE! I will Not be returning.

The worst customer service from the gentleman today. I asked to get some perfume out of the case and he acted like I was asking for his social. He was also trying to throw shade at the register. If it’s not directed it’s not respected. Being rude is unnecessary and childish especially when I kindly asked to grab some perfume out of the case and patiently wait for someone to come unlock it because it’s clearly busy in the store.
