The Manager is very rude. I will not go back.
I went into the Columbia, MO location today and had a very unpleasant experience with the cashier, Isabelle. I had a return without a receipt. The item was new and still in the box. It was a gift. I asked about the return policy. I was informed that I couldn't return the item. I simply expressed concern with that policy since I received the item as a gift without a receipt.
