I really try my best to avoid this store . There is an employee Elijah that works there . He is very condescending and arrogant! I was just at the store to pick up an order . The sweet employee Kendra was trying to find it and she couldn’t. So she called Elijah from the back to search for my order which he did and delivered it to me politely! This is my go to place to get all my makeup, hygiene, beauty products and more. Very helpful staff and you get to try it before you buy it.
The associates in this store are mean. There's no other way to put this. I mentioned it to one of my co-workers and he said that they were mean to his wife as well. I got what I went in there for but I will not be coming back. Whatever they have going on there needs to be fixed. Ulta is not some elite brand stop acting like it.
They were helpful and had everything i was looking for.
