WARNING: this store likes to play funny with returns/exchanges. Another store sold me open product and the wrong product and this store broke their own company policy by refusing to exchange them. Called corporate and they agreed the store should have processed the return. The manager admitted she just didn't want to take the inventory hit. I wanted to give a shout out to Kiera in the hair salon. Last week, I got a haircut at a different local salon and it was, to put it mildly, a disaster. It was cut completely unevenly throughout my hair, the left side was and inch longer than the right, and the front was significantly longer than the back.
