RecommendedEcho did my daughter's highlights and did such an amazing job! My daughter was so nervous being that this was her 1st time getting her hair done and she literally couldn't stop complimenting Echo during the process. Echo made her feel comfortable and assured her during the whole time. I couldn't thank her enough for her service and the job she did.

Wonderful staff. Very friendly and courteous. Worked me in to get my eyebrows done without a fuss at all! This is the only place to go for all your beauty needs.
I booked a haircut, color and full highlights for my wife, using the link. It allows you to choose services and a stylist, and then shows you how many hours and what it will cost. I chose the premium stylist and he did a fantastic job. The link said it would take 3 hours and cost $170 which I was prepared to pay. When all was said and done my wife was charged $290. Of course she tipped on top of that. It feels like deceptive marketing. I called the shop and was told someone would get back to me. No one did.
I booked an appointment with Carmen and she did an awesome job with my hair! I generally cut my own because I'm so picky but she did it perfectly if not better!
Typically I avoid negative reviews but 3 times my experience has been bad. I bought my usual Urban Decay primer and it was dried out and not the right consistently. Twice they have been out of the free gift with a specific product. They stopped carrying Stilla liner and when I asked for similar they just suggested I look around because they have lots of products. I sure miss the Ulta in my old city but my bank account doesn't.
Rachel was amazing and did a fantastic job on my hair! She took her time and never seemed rushed or that my hair taking forever to process bothered her. She made me feel like I was her only client (which I wasn't). That is phenomenal customer service. I highly recommend her.
