I went in for an asymmetrical bob for some edge in my life and Leahbeth was awesome! It was different than I was thinking it would look but I have been really enjoying rocking it for the last few days. She even suggested a hair waver for convenience and it’s great! I rarely get haircuts I’m happy with so it means so much to love it. I also loved that she didn’t ask personal questions or try to small talk! Thanks Leahbeth! I’ll be back

Disappointed, I was charged an extra $32 for a "detangling treatment" which was literally them brushing my hair. I have long curly hair which i informed them of before hand and was never told I would be charged an additional $32 for them to brush my hair. I was not informed during the hair brushing styling process there would be an additional charge. She handed me my bill folded up to pay which denoted the additional charge. Poor customer service. All the ladies were standing around gossiping and making their weekend plans. Completely ignoring customers and seemed annoyed then they had to help.
