Decent store, checkout was slow but to be expected. Well stocked and easy to find what I was looking for
A waste of time. It’s a few days before Valentine’s Day and the store is not that busy but you can’t get anyone to come over. Of course everything is locked up so you can’t just grab something to go to the register. That would be too simple. It was faster to go back to my car and order off Amazon.
I walk into Ulta and normally get very overwhelmed. Today, I thankfully asked for help. Allison came over and we got right into it. I told her I wanted to rebuild my makeup collection and needed help with finding my right shades for my tone as well as some fragrances. She made it fun and was very kind. She helped me find everything from toner to setting spray. Allison was very professional and honest. I’ll definitely be coming back!
