Left a “curl cut” with stick straight hair…. I was kind of taken aback when what I thought would be diffusing when she asked about being blow dried turned into her pulling my curls straight and then flat ironing… so I was a bit in shock and didn’t know what to say when she turned me to the mirror (I haven’t seen my hair straight in well over a decade…. Quite helpful staff!
Employees are usually very rude and unhelpful at this location with my experience, but today was over the top. The cashier I had, Pamela, was being extremely rude to a young man trying to find a present and had obviously never been there before. She treated him as if he was unintelligent and did not offer him any help when he approached her after she ask if he was looking for something.
