My latest visit to this location was the absolute last straw for me with Ulta. In a store packed with endless products, you would expect a basic willingness to help customers. Instead, employees like Pamela make the environment so uncomfortable that you don’t even want to ask a question. I have never had a retail employee stare at me like I had three heads and then literally mock my question. Moving forward, I’ll be ordering my beauty products directly from the brands.
Friendly, helpful. Always finding good stuff to try
I want to address first that i enjoy Ulta. however this particular visit really bothered me. A Store member decided to come from behind the counter and address my child about not touching “testers” she said verbatim “ Excuse me, don’t touch that don’t play with that “ when testers are touched everyday, my son literally picked up the lipgloss and simply placed it back in the tester pocket a couple of them actually, she saw a child repeatedly handling tester products and reacted quickly to stop potential mess or damage. Higher price, worth every penny
I do not use the products myself lol, but my girlfriend does. After going inside with her, it smelled great was bright and colorful, and the clerk was a lovely lady and very friendly. I recommend ladies.
