I tried to just go with it however I am extremely upset beware this incompetent joke of an establishment. Not only was this the worst service I've ever had but the worst hair cut ive ever had- a toddler could'vedone better with safety scissors. I wanted a bang trim and blend them into my hair. Ulta has a far better selection over Sephora by far. Always find just what I'm looking for but it's hit or miss with the staff. Some are kind and helpful and some don't want to give you the time of day and just keep chatting with each other while totally ignoring you. It's really a coin toss and that's sad. Generally I find what I'm looking for and the place is usually decently stocked. Went a few days before Christmas and was still able to pick up a few last minute gifts. The place is usually pretty clean and organized.
