Hair salon is great loved my hair results with Marie
Extremely disappointed in the selection of body butters and body lotions Ulta has despite boasting having all of the skin care. The quality has definitely gone way down and the selection is very minimal. There was sol de jenero and maybe three other brands clearly aimed at the “everything shower” tik tok crowd of middle schoolers, with very cheap scents. I didn’t get the girls name who did a blowout on my daughter’s hair but she has red hair if that helps 🥰 but having a 4 month old doing small things is just so draining. She cut my job completely in half I will be back.
Whoever the manager was working between 10:30am and 10:45am on 10/25/25 was unprofessional, wasted my time, did a poor job explaining store policies and it ultimately resulted in me getting a refund and taking my business to Sephora. I try to exercise patience in a lot of scenarios but when people have a reckless disregard for my time it usually results in a loss of my business.
