Ulta in Green Bay is awful!! I spent nearly $200 to pick up supplies. Picked them up, but didn't verify. At home I noticed that a bottle of product (Diva Curl Original Conditioner) was missing. I called and the woman said she would send it. Then received the wrong product. I called again and the woman (different) said she would ship it. I ever received it. My entire life I’ve had bad experiences with hairstylists, even at higher end places, but this is the first time I looked at my hair after and genuinely felt better. I had got a bad haircut earlier that day and went to ulta to get my mess fixed. Jade exceeded my expectations. He was able to salvage what hair I have left and gave me confidence in my hair. 10/10 would recommend and Jade will be the only hairstylist I ever revisit
