JAZMIN is OUTSTANDING!!!! I came to the store looking for a specific type of makeup - one of the sales staff mentioned that the store does not carry it and suggested I visit the Palm Beach Gardens store. As I approached the door, Jazmin was in the front and with her warm smile asked "How was your visit to Ulta"? Have you found what you were looking for"? I CANNOT BELIEVE the level of customer service, Lindsey, at ULTA in North Brunswick went through in order to help me resolve an issue I had with a wrong purchase. I called late at night maybe an hour before closing time and Lindsey personally handled my issue and looked through a week's worth of receipts to verify my purchase since no phone # was used. First review for Ulta Store.  I have shopped at this store many times. Today, I decided to write a review because I could not believe the amount of sales women in that store, and yet, no one offers to help you with anything.  I am an older lady, and maybe these girls just really do not know how to help or that much about the makeup products. I think they should be able to at least help you match a shade of foundation. Now that I have read the other customer reviews, I feel a lot better. I know I am not alone. I had scheduled a few appointments online, but each time, *they* cancelled on me. I call for the appointment today, and they tell me I am only allowed to do a walk in because I was cancelling and doing no shows!!! What??? So, their system is broken, but it's my fault? A walk in, of course, is impossible. For one, I wouldn't get the stylist I want, and two, my hair takes like 3 hours. No one would ever have time for me. They offered t... read more

Dilek was the person that helped me. She was fantastic! She helped me find everything I was looking for. She made great suggestions for me. Dilek found an item I really wanted, but didn't have my color. Instead of telling me to get another color to make a sale, she let me know that she could order it and have it sent to my address. This is the second time I’ve had my makeup done by Kaylee. I like the way she does it and she asks if there’s anything that I don’t like or would like done differently to just say. I think I liked it even better this time, and it was my birthday, so I was very happy with the results.  I’ve recommended Kaylee to others and I hope they schedule an appointment with her as they won’t be disappointed.  I’ll definitely be back.  Thanks Kaylee!

Hallo. I wanted to share how happy I am with the wonderful cut/style Ria *Tukwila/Southcenter Parkway ULTA store/salon) gave me today, 9/18/24. She clearly listened and asked questions, referred to the image I shared, and worked to understand my hair texture and needs.
