Strange store. A woman quickly greeted us, yes - but quickly keeps walking? Several employees standing in the center of the store talking with each other. Absolutely NO help finding products. No offers or anyone asking us any questions at all. Then the same person who basically didn’t want to assist us in the first place, tells me that we have to check out standing in the center of the store? So ok fine, but she has no bags. Paige was so helpful in finding the correct skin tone color for concealer. She also made me feel very confident about myself and show me new products for my acne. I always come to this Ulta because I always feel welcomed by the employees and supported. I really appreciate all they do for me and how hard they work. Thank you!!
Came in looking for a foundation, Lexi helped me and found me the PERFECT match with Clinique. She ended up finding me a few products that she thought I’d need and she was so right. Everything she recommended is gorgeous and she was so so sweet. I will definitely coming back just for help from Lexi because of how great she was!
It's nice but it seems that Ulta finds the most expensive products and promoted them the most. Great for high end clients
