Everyone nice inside
Manger lied to me about my coupon. She told me it was for online purchases only. Only for me to find out I needed help to get the barcode instead of the number. which was on the bottom of my screen once I clicked on the link attached to the number. the manger didn’t want to help me out and blindly kept denying my coupon. instead she just walks away. I’m disappointed with the customer service in this place
I went into ULTA hysterically HOPING they could help me with my hair. I was greeted right away by 3 of the gals all smiling and listening intently. One of the women happened to be a manager. Her name is Paige. Let me tell you SHE ROCKED! I’ve been into ULTA only once before to purchase a perfume with a friend. I will no longer go to Walmart. No more Walgreens.
