I just went into the store to pick up some Mac makeup. I walked through the entire store looking to see if it was carried. It was obvious that I was looking for something, yet at least 5 employees saw me and couldn’t stop talking to each other to ask if I needed help. From now on, I’ll shop at the Maple Grove store only.
They ripped the skin off my 14 year old daughter's eyelid during a brow wax. I have called to complain and have received NO response for 4 days! They suck! Stay away! Dangerous to go there!
