An excellent store for purchasing cosmetics and skincare products.
Worst location.
Came here needing lipstick for my wedding and knowing absolutely nothing about makeup, and everyone was so patient and kind and helpful! Great selection too, definitely recommend for anyone who wants makeup for any reason. Shout-out to Rachelle specifically for helping me find the best lipstick!
I've been shopping this Ulta location in University Hills Plaza for years. Well run, helpful staff, hair stylists are all excellent. I think you have to test in to become a stylist! Ask for Lauren! My hair color and cut are fabulous! Ulta stylists can create cutting edge styles or just traditional color and cut. Whatever works for you.
