I had a very disappointing experience at Ulta at Westminster Orchard Park. I went in on my birthday to use my $50 gift card, which they have accepted in the past, and the staff refused to take it. I even asked them to run it as a credit card, but they wouldn’t. On top of that, they never acknowledged my birthday or gave me the birthday gift that’s supposed to be offered. Check out was absolutely disappointing. Went in for my birthday shopping trip and the cashier was horribly unfriendly, no eye contact, never looked up when we were called up to their register. Once we left their voice got super chipper and was making complete eye contact with the next customer. I felt like crying once I got to the car because I’ve never been treated so horribly for simply existing.
