Made a return. It was not process correctly. Did not receive my refund and corporate will not fix it
I do not like this Ulta at all the workers. They are very unfriendly and stuck up. That is the exact reason why I stopped working at Ulta. There was a shoplifter next to us. Obviously, she was white, so of course they didn’t suspect her to be a shoplifter they let her get away with a lot of stuff And the ladies in the front we’re just rude, especially the one with the dark hair. Me and my sister wish we didn’t spend money there just because of the environment in the customer service
Brought my teen granddaughter who worked with Ella for makeup for Irish dance competition. Ella was awesome, very pro and knowledgeable. Great experience here on 10/11/25
As a mom of two teenage daughters who love Ulta, I want to shout out the amazing team working the closing shift on 10/8/25 at the Orchard Town Center location! We came in close to closing and were greeted by Tasha in the lash aisle. She was so kind, helpful, and gave my daughter great lash tips. Another associate nearby and our friendly cashier were just as wonderful. It’s rare to find such genuine, helpful people. Thank you, ladies, for making our visit such a great experience!
