I was there yesterday getting hair products. The only greeting was when I walked in. An employee was stocking products by me but didn't offer any help. The checkout, a heavy set girl whose name is didnt catch, wasn't friendly. I clicked the "print" for the receipt and she said it went to my email. I checked and no receipt. She also didn't hand me my products. I had to stretch over the counter to receive it. It was closer to her as she watched me. I was there between 1 and 1:30. I forgot to ask for the employee's name, but she was awesome! She helped me find a dozen items quickly and was very kind about it. Great store 10/10

I was having an emotional day and wasn’t sure if I was going to find what I needed. I thought I would buy a makeup sponge and found some gems. I will be honest, I was Hyperfixated and Jasmyn was so kind and offered a bag and gently read body language to the deals of the day. I felt so special as she initiated something of a lollipop moment of kindness with having an emotional ride in life. The little moments are gorgeous.
