Not only did i wait 30 minutes unacknowledged past my scheduled appointment that i showed up 10 minutes early for (now 40 minutes) for my hair appiointment but when i got finally sat down for my appointment i showed the stylist what i wanted and 3 hours into the service she helped another customer immediately at the time of her appointment. The store manager/ cashier, Hailey is a lazy bum. I walked in for an online pickup and I asked her if she could switch the lipstick shade coz the one I ordered online looked too dark and I wanted a different shade. She was too lazy to make this arrangement and told me that I need to wait for 3 days until the online pickup thing expired and then make a new purchase.
