decided to switch it up and get some bangs. this turned out to be the WORST decision of my life, my stylist cut them uneven, and way too thick. on one side of my face you could see my eyebrows and on the other you couldn’t. on the right side there is a long strand of hair that was left uncut. she didn’t wet my hair nor did she follow the inspo. her name is kim.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Their stylists are next level amazing! Ask for Thomas...but don't take my appointment slot!!
Ulta Beauty (Eastchase, Montgomery, AL) I visited this Ulta Beauty location on April 11, 2026 around 10:00 AM, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. When I entered the store, I asked for help finding a skin tint product. Two associates told me they couldn’t assist me because I didn’t already know which one I wanted.
