Every time i have been to Ulta in eastchase whether just to shop or pick-up from an online purchase it has been very pleasant. I was happy to see that they were fully stocked with Cecred products which was good to see. My only fustration is lately if i am needing concealers from Nyx or foundations they seem to be always out of my shade. I can understand the demand but even when trying to order online they are out of stock as well. Outside of that every worker i have encountered was really sweet and kind
Curbside pickup has been pitiful. I had really bad experience recently where I waited half and hour and no one came out. Walked in the store and there was no one in line and we're playing on the phones. Tried again today as I had foot surgery and was trying not to walk so much on it and again 15 mins no one. Finally went inside, no one in line and person on their cell phone. Why even offer curbside if its always going to be a problem everytime. Super frustrating.
decided to switch it up and get some bangs. this turned out to be the WORST decision of my life, my stylist cut them uneven, and way too thick. on one side of my face you could see my eyebrows and on the other you couldn’t. on the right side there is a long strand of hair that was left uncut. she didn’t wet my hair nor did she follow the inspo. her name is kim.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Their stylists are next level amazing! Ask for Thomas...but don't take my appointment slot!!
