The staff were not kind and did not help at all in finding items. There are many products that don't exist.
Way too hot inside!! The air has been broken for over a yr! Ridiculous!! The staff has fans to survive and I was drenched trying to shop!!
Every time i have been to Ulta in eastchase whether just to shop or pick-up from an online purchase it has been very pleasant. I was happy to see that they were fully stocked with Cecred products which was good to see. My only fustration is lately if i am needing concealers from Nyx or foundations they seem to be always out of my shade. I can understand the demand but even when trying to order online they are out of stock as well. Outside of that every worker i have encountered was really sweet and kind
