I normally go to another salon downtown but the stylist was gone so I tried Ulta to get a hair glaze. It was simple to get an appointment and the staff was friendly. I had Betty as a stylist, she really knew what she was doing and did a great job on my hair. She was very professional and I would recommend giving Ulta salon a chance if you need a new salon to go to. Also don't forget to tip your stylist at least 18% they work very hard on your hair. I love my hair glaze.
