If you want a top-notch colorist, you must see Phillip!! He’s been my #1 designer. Recently, he learned of a girls trip to PCB & he gathered sample goodie bags for all of us! For some, it was their introduction to Ulta. He always hits it ‘outta the park’ with my color!! Compliments galore!! His high-end training in South Beach is making Florence, AL, the beneficiary of fashion & beauty!
