Florence store would not refund or give me a credit for a product I bought because it was over 60 days I had my receipt plus it was 65 days since I bought it. I understand if they had the policy posted where you could see it. They told me it was posted by the water fountain in the back of the store. That is very bad business. I can not believe a store would put a sign up in the back of store.
Took a friend there the people were great
Website and automated message says their salon closes at 9 but ironically there’s no one there to cut hair.
