The one in Greenville is my favorite. Little rude at the Anderson store.
Employees were so kind and helpful. I love how they keep their distance and allow me to look for myself so I don't feel pressured or rushed. That being said, whenever I do ask for assistance, they were super helpful and pleasant to talk to. Thanks so much!
I visited this Ulta Beauty location to schedule a haircut and get a consultation about hair color. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The four employees at the salon seemed uninterested in helping me. None of them greeted me with a smile or made me feel welcome, and I felt like I was being judged rather than treated as a valued customer. My wife was scheduling an appointment for two weeks an advance and when she came for her appointment they told her that appointment is canceled. And today was another appointment and they called my wife and rescheduled for later on today and they called again and they canceled it. 😡
