Was looking for some Drmtlgy brand stuff for my wife. There was none on the shelf unfortunately. Rose however was super helpful and took the time to go in the back and found exactly what I was looking for. She was super nice and seemed happy to help which is kinda hard to find these days. Thanks Rose!
Great selection and staff
Had a disappointing experience at this Ulta due to the manager, Alexis. She was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful when I asked for assistance. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she brushed me off and made the interaction uncomfortable. Poor customer service from someone in a management role really ruined the visit. I won’t be returning.

Ulta never disappoints with the vast amount of products and services. I take my girls there to shop all the time and for many many years! They have gift cards and small sets for presents if you don’t know. Don’t forget to check out the table near the checkout. Cool stuff! You can get a sample in that smaller version. Don’t forget to also speak to the friendly staff. The team will help you all the time.
