Saw Jack for a hair cut. He cut about 8’ shorter than asked. Did exactly what I asked him not to do. Spoke with two managers, Crystal and William, sales managers, and the only people available to me at the time, and I still left with no resolution. Hair salon manager did not even try to meet me or see the outcome because she was “busy”. Greenville, SC 29607 Dakota explained everything she did before she did it and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way! PCOS sucks and she was knowledgeable about condition and how it affects the skin.I felt very taken care of and very thankful that I was able to come at such a short notice and had very thorough service.
