Saw Jack for a hair cut. He cut about 8’ shorter than asked. Did exactly what I asked him not to do. Spoke with two managers, Crystal and William, sales managers, and the only people available to me at the time, and I still left with no resolution. Hair salon manager did not even try to meet me or see the outcome because she was “busy”.
