I went into the store to do a “Happy Return” for a product that I bought online. Despite the advertisement on the front door and at the check out I was told “we don’t do those” and “that hasn’t worked for months.” Why not take down the signs then? So just FYI for anyone planning to do a happy return at the store, they don’t do them. Go to UPS instead and save yourself some time.

Booked 2 weeks in advanced for formal makeup at this location with Brittney and she canceled my appointment with no phone call or explanation . This makeup appointment was for my birthday & it’s not the 1st time I’ve had my makeup done here .
