They reminded me of why I don’t go in this store. Sitting my things on the counter saying “oh we don’t have bags” Something about when women of color goes in this place…. people act afraid…. Not sure what the deal is but I definitely do not like going in this place!! Britney was the cashier…

This review and comment if specifically for Mel, she is the most sweetest and nice girl that I’ve ever met in Ulta. Her vibe is so amazing and beautiful, she is the best. She is so beautiful, I loved her makeup. She has an angel inside of her because of how nice she is, may God protect her always
I went into the store to do a “Happy Return” for a product that I bought online. Despite the advertisement on the front door and at the check out I was told “we don’t do those” and “that hasn’t worked for months.” Why not take down the signs then? So just FYI for anyone planning to do a happy return at the store, they don’t do them. Go to UPS instead and save yourself some time.
