I ordered foundation online because it was on sale, and it wasn't the right shade. I went to exchange it. They charged me the difference in the sale price versus the regular price?? What?? If this is policy, I'm never buying anything new online from them again. It's the same product. I've never had this issue with something purchased in the store itself. Once the mothers day rush calms down I think I'm just going to return the whole purchase. Completely unfair.
