I've had good experiences at this Ulta. The cashier I had (Taniah) was so friendly and patient with all of my questions I had. Even though it was busy, she was also patient to the other cashier who asked a few questions.
I went in to find a skin tint due to Sephora having a limited stock in shades for the Supergoop! brand. Taniya greeted me upon searching and recommended brands such as ELF! I told her I hadn’t had luck with the bronzing drops, so she referred me to her manager instead of just leaving it at that. She was actively trying to solve my problem and I truly appreciated it as I was going out of town today and needed it. The manager recommended I speak with their employee Trinitee.
