The salon needs more experience stying “ethnic” hair (type 4, coils). Very underwhelmed at the experience I received for a silk press, which was just a shampoo, blow dry and flat iron. Also, I recommend using products that actually work for the clients hair, not just what is being pushed for sales at the time. For example, The Cecred products she used made my hair so dry and tangled that the stylist could not brush through my thick, natural hair.
