This is not a negative review of the service of the employees’ who are setting up this location to re-open. Ulta, this location isn’t open right now. It’s showing up as open. I wasted gas driving all of the way over here from another city that does not have an Ulta, nor a smaller Ulta inside of another retail store. As a Platinum Member of your rewards club, this is irritating. Even if I wasn’t a Platinum Member of your rewards program, this would irritate me. Went into the store for the first time and had received great help from Sharell! She was really sweet to work with, and made me a lot less nervous about not knowing anything about makeup. She also reached out when she was unsure about something instead of potentially getting me a wrong color, and she was really fun to be around. Overall great experience!
