Just average hair cut – Nice salon, easy to get an appointment, hair cut was ok, but didn't look that great when I styled it the next day. I didn't go back for my next cut.

BEWARE!!!! – BEWARE is right!!! This was the worst haircut I have ever had, my 9 year old granddaughter with plastic safety scissors could have done a better job and I was willing to pay an extra $20 to have Mariana "the expert stylist" cut and color my hair. The deal was a cut and color for $50 with a regular stylist Monday thru Wednesday, but because I was getting "the expert stylist", she wasn't part of the deal, I was expected to pay $70. ruined my hair:( – My expereince with Ulta has always been pleasent, untill the day I was put with Karen in the salon.. I have had my hair done by a couple of the hairdressers there, never a problem, im not picky, nor would I complain, unless it was something as severe as my encounter. To start it off, I had a 1 oclock apt. I was told by Karen that she was running behind, fine. no problem. Look for special pricing – This Beauty store has it all. from makeup to shampoos to nail polish and much more. My Hair Stylist DeAnna Rozenblum at Salon Difede sent me here to buy my shampoo and I got 32 oz bottles of shampoo and conditioner 2 for 25.00... great deals and they mail coupons to me now!

Awesome selection, iffy customer service – I love ulta! Tons of different brands of cosmetics, skin care, perfume and hair care! Sometimes the people working there seem pretty indifferent most of the time, though, which makes getting help difficult at times.

Facials and waxing amazing! – I have been shopping with Ulta for a couple years now, and was never wowed by the customer service...that is, until i started seeing their esthetician, Anna. She gave the most incredible facials. Her massage was so relaxing, and really got rid of my tension. She is also incredibly knowledgeable about skincare. I went to see her monthly, until she went on maternity leave. I've gone there since she left, but nobody can compare to her golden hands. Now I'm just waiting to see if she'll be back!
