I waited 15 minutes to open, no big deal. When I went in to get purchase what I needed the aisle was closed. If you’re going to open then OPEN.

I booked a hair appointment at this location and when I arrived the manager told me their stylist decided she didn't want to do clipper cuts anymore. They did not even bother to call or text so I didn't waste my time driving out. It felt very disrespectful. If this is the level of service they have I will not be using ulta ever again

I’m writing to share a very disappointing experience I had at your Florence, KY location (7673 Mall Rd) on Monday, June 2, 2025, at approximately 7:00 PM. Upon entering the store, I was immediately noticed by several employees — at least four young women behind the register made direct eye contact with me multiple times — yet not one acknowledged my presence.
