Lots of beauty products in a bright clean store. Staff was very friendly and helpful for my first visit there. The only negative I have is that I couldn't find prices on items.

Erica at benefit brow bar is the best and the reason I shop at this ulta. There are 6 other Ultas between where I live and this location but I come back for her. She has made my brow dreams come true, she remembers the little details and just feels so comfortable to be around!

Only found and purchased 1 product out of 5 that I was looking for . Most products were opened and used that they actually had or very low stocked honestly it was a mess if I walk into a store to see swatches in stuff in real life I don’t want to search through a mess . I don’t think I will be back I was very disappointed and worker cut me off to go back and help her client . I did not feel confident walking out. My hair was still wet and damp. After two shampoo sessions and a conditioner; over use of product and not enough drying. Very disappointed. I did speak with the manager who was very sweet and helpful. But still, had to walk out with no confidence and had to put my hair up in a tight bun to hide it.

I visit Ulta frequently to utilize the brow bar services. Erica is the best and always does my brows amazingly. She is so nice and welcoming, I love seeing her smiling face at my visits!
