Girl with gold plated earrings, huge black framed glasses and slicked black hair was very rude to me when checking me out. I wanted hair that made me feel confident & coastal, they didn’t deliver. Scalp was burned, hair was overly thinned and not cut to my preference. Majorly disappointed with Ulta! Hair is a huge part of my identity, and they totally messed it up . I showed them exactly what I wanted - a sun-kissed blonde that reflects my coastal vibe , but got multiple gold and brown colors instead.
