I have been going to the Florence Ulta for more than a decade. I have spent thousands. I recently bought a Charlotte Tilbury shadow stick, in fact I bought nearly all the colors. 32 dollars a piece. One, my favorite color, broke two weeks in. Today, the manager couldn’t find a way to replace the broken shadow stick.
