So I've been struggling with getting green out of my hair for the past 6 months or so And I've been in and out of other ulta, and I've always had help. Someone has always been glad to help me find something that could cover it. And this time I went to this location and both people I asked refused to help me. I don’t even feel safe coming back into this place due to how I was treated by Natalie. I was looking to exchange an unopened concealer which she accused me of stealing because I did not have my receipt, she went on to say with out a receipt I won’t do the exchange you have to have a receipt or a phone number. I said I’m not asking for a refund, I’m looking to get the right color. This was blatant racism! The hate in her eyes Unforgettable. I went today 05/04/26 around 1pm to go get my bday gift and honestly I’ve had the worst experience ever. 1. I was waiting for a good minute to get some help while the girls back were facing me. 2. When I one of the girls that noticed me she literally looked at me in a such weird judging way. I never got her name but she was pretty short with long black hair with a white bow.
