I went in to find some stuff for my girlfriend and Alyssa was so sweet! She helped me find everything I needed and even helped me find a few extra things for my girlfriend! Definitely would go back!

I came in today and was helping by a great employee named Alyssa. I just needed pointed in the right direction since I haven’t been in since the remodel but she went and grabbed the product I came in for which I thought was very generous. My hair thanks you.

I loved Ulta but after finding out the contract with Flock I'm done with them. I don't want to spend money at a place that is helping build mass surveillance.

The lady at the counter Dayanara was rude. When she called next she was already rolling her eyes. Once she put the stuff in the bag she just dropped the bag on the counter. And rudely handed over the receipt. She told the last customer to have a nice day and was way more polite so I gently don’t understand. I spent my money here once and this will probably be the last time. I’ll drive out of my way for better service before I feel like I’m not welcomed somewhere.
