I went in to get some new makeup to start practicing for my wedding and Natalie was AMAZING. She walked around the store with me for almost an hour showing me all the different products I would need and how/when to apply them. She was so knowledgeable and friendly! Makayla at the check out counter was way too pushy about the credit cards- I had to say no thank you 3 times before she let it go- i didn’t love that, but overall was just SO happy with the help I got from Natalie!
Nicole took on my crazy awful blonde that had faded from other salon trips (non ULTA) and actually listened to my requests regarding the shade of blonde I was looking for. I have naturally red blond hair and she was able to cool it down considerably and made it more pleasant to match my skin tone! Kaity did my extensions on hair that is extremely fragile and brittle, and she handled it with so much care and skill. I walked in feeling low, and I walked out feeling amazing — not just about my hair, but about myself. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine energy made the entire experience uplifting. It’s rare to find a stylist who can deliver both technical excellence and emotional presence in the chair. Kaity is, without question, one of the best stylists in Oregon. Highly recommend.
DASH at this location NEEDS A RAISE!! Or even moreeee! She literally gave me a VVIP moment! She had a vision and only passion behind those eyes; not only shade matched me, helped me see what actually works for my skin, and I left so excited for the next glam! I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at Ulta. I booked a hair appointment for 5:30 PM with Violet G. We arrived at 5:35 PM, checked in, and the front desk associate told us to have a seat and that Violet would be with us after she finished coloring another client’s hair. We waited… and waited.
