I’m pretty new to makeup, so this place felt like a zoo. Every employee here was quite friendly, from the moment I walked in there was a kind woman with short blonde hair who greeted me, all the way to when I checked out at the register. However the manager JoJo stepped in and helped me so much! She walked me through each step that I needed to take in order to do my makeup right, and didn’t judge me for my lack of knowledge. Went to go get my natural coily hair groomed. Cut and perm rod due to damage. Tia the stylist although nice did not know what she was doing. My appointment was 1230 left at 345. I had to pay for an additional service because she didn't know how to curl my hair with the rods and on top of that my hair was burnt. I went on a Sat today is Tuesday and my hair still smells burnt. This location needs more diversity stylist. I will never go back.
