Employee at the register wasn’t so great. Rather shop online than be hounded for personal information and trying to get an ulta card.
They were fantastic, Ashley saved me from a hair catastrophe! The people were all polite and kind, it was a calm atmosphere.
While checking out yesterday, the employee had a full on meltdown because I didn’t sign up for the rewards program. I was so frazzled I forgot to buy the gift card I came in for. Not her fault, seems like an unfair system to be “dinged and screwed” if they don’t sign people up for the program. But having an employee beg me for a friends, moms, sisters number with full desperation was incredibly uncomfortable. Probably won’t be back.
