Ulta Beauty is the worst online company I’ve ever dealt with every time I order something it’s used or there’s no product at all. I ordered perfume and the bottle was empty. I’ve ordered body butters and they were half used everything you order online is a joke. Buyer beware If you complain enough, sometimes they’ll reimburse you by sending you another product but the time and hassle is ridiculous. I don't normally comment but I should've spoken up when I did, I went in for a scalp treatment because my head has been damaged for a bit and I rarely go to the salon so I wanted to treat myself and book and appointment, I met with her and she took me back to the washing station for what I assumed was the treatment since I was told to wait after she put product in...she walked back in and told me l guess in a tone that was blaming me because I booked the scalp treatment which she didn't do and she just did a normal condition... read more
I went to get a bixie haircut and Tia Spruill was so wonderful and sweet! I was very nervous at first, but I showed her inspiration photos, and she did such a amazing detailed job. It turned it out exactly how I want it! Thanks Tia 😊 🙏 💓

I won’t ever step foot in this store again what a disgusting company to judge people based off their gender and how they look!!! im the owner of a local salon and I send a lot of folks there for hair care products and I never will again!!!! I work construction on my off days i was with contractor on a job and they treated us like foul animals questioned me if i even work with him and called my supervisor unprofessional for having a woman working in that field!
