Gosh, I love this place. Everyone is so friendly. This Saturday, JoJo helped me, and was just the best. She helped me find my old foundation shade at the registers, and even helped me find out what my other matches would be in different brands. I was embarrassed asking questions I thought were dumb, but she answered with zero judgment and just made me feel great. Cashier was just as friendly, I forgot her name but she was tall with short brown hair and glasses. Great job to this Ulta!!

Staff is completely fine. My low review is due to the lack of stocked products for the last 9 years. Genuinely one of the worst ulta’s I have ever been to. If you want to sell product, you need to stock product.

Wow I thought it was me? Most (not all) but most of the staff at this Ulta are very rude and not helpful… I leave feeling like crap every time… The girl with the green hair, and glasses, gave me a shocked and glaring expression, like, “get away from me!” When I asked her where a tissue was… The middle aged lady (glasses brown hair) who works at the front checkout is off putting, condescending and down right mean. I had a hair appointment scheduled for saturday before my appointment, they called to cancel, saying the stylist called in sick. They rescheduled me for the next day, Sunday at 12:15 PM. I drove 35 minutes to the store for my rescheduled appointment, only to be told that nobody had booked it and there was no record of it. This was a frustrating and a waste of my time and gas. The lack of communication and organization is very disappointing.
