We had some questions about our purchases. Mary was so kind and patient with us at the register! She was fun to talk with as well. Love this location and the employees!
I absolutely love our Ulta in Medford! Employees are helpful and friendly but not in an annoying way :). I think the Ulta rewards program is better than most reward programs at other similar companies. So thankful to have an Ulta here.. I don’t know what I would do without it! <3
Worst customer service time and time again. The girls are always incredibly rude and judgmental. Finally done, supporting elsewhere
