I called ahead of time to speak with a stylist for my hair. I requested the most advanced stylist available, discussed our plan, even had several photos. I am a brunette Latina wanted Ombre, ended up with orange hair and red roots. No blending,and straight lines where the colors connect. I could have done a better job at home with a cap ! Hoping to get this $200 catastrophe resolved ASAP
