This is one of the worst stores I've ever been in. First of all, I called to see if they do color match for fit me foundation. The lady who answered the phone said yes they do. I asked her did they sell it had a brief conversation so there was no mistake. I went to the store after work, had to go down lakeland drive congested as always. I called Ulta Flowood MS this morning to confirm in-stock product availability, as it showed they carried it online. I called to verify because it's so far to drive, and I spent half my day yesterday going to other places that showed they carried it, but didn't have it. The sweet girl answering the phone was very polite and helpful. She listened to what I was looking for and gladly agreed to check if it was in the store for purchase. My appointment was at 3:15pm and I didn't get sat til 4pm. I should've just listened to my intuition and left when I had the chance! If this is what you call a good trim -then please warn someone before you do a blunt cut! Like yes it may have needed a few snips but now my hair looks like a badly cut wig.
