Would highly recommend Kayla, who helped me with everything I needed and more. Store staff was instantly welcoming and approached me and asked if I needed help. Definitely returning.
Went in walked around the entire store before I had to walk to the register to be spoken to by an associate. I told them my purpose for coming in they directed me to another associate to handle my needs, who asked what I was looking for and proceeded to apply there (best seller product) when I stated that it's wasn't covering what I wanted to cover. I was hoping for one of those email surveys to express my joy with Ulta. From Skincare to Haircare to Cosmetics, it's hard to get good advice on products as a man, but every *single* time I go in, I'm directed to exactly the sort of thing I was looking for. Big shout out to Therese Cochran for being able to match my skin tone as a fellow ginger in about.. 2 seconds? And her follow up knowledge was exceptional as well. Great crew, great products, good prices. Somebody give the crew gold stars.
I needed help finding a Foundation. Kayla was very kind and patient. Great Customer service.
