I can’t remember her name, but I know it started with a D. She was so helpful in helping me find the perfect makeup shades to match my skin tone, and she even gave me a tutorial on how to properly apply everything. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire experience. I truly appreciate her taking the time to help me, and she made my experience so much better! I would not recommend the salon area at all, they played in my hair (dyed it horribly) for my graduation that I ended up having to wear a wig 😭 and I still had to pay! then when I explained how horrible it looked; it gave deer in headlights. they then offered for me to come back?? so they could play some more lol. this is your sign to book that $400 hairstylist 🤣

The lady was very kind to me to help, i was being on the disrespectful side and she was still kind , if she happens to see this i truly apologize I'm a bit of a defensive person and other personal reasons but i take full accountability of my actions please forgive me i appreciate the help and have a nice day

The lady with a Russian-sounding accent who helped me today was phenomenal. I have never came across someone at Ulta who helped so much. I asked for help with waterproof lipliner and by the time I'd left, she had taken 8 individual products, across at least 6 brands, off the shelf. She swatched them, too. I never expected or asked for so much help. She took it upon herself to do all of this, with me simply asking for a recommendation for a good waterproof liner.
