The lady with a Russian-sounding accent who helped me today was phenomenal. I have never came across someone at Ulta who helped so much. I asked for help with waterproof lipliner and by the time I'd left, she had taken 8 individual products, across at least 6 brands, off the shelf. She swatched them, too. I never expected or asked for so much help. She took it upon herself to do all of this, with me simply asking for a recommendation for a good waterproof liner. Great workers &’ service!! i love everything
There is a lady here with an accent that is borderline harassing. Told her I didn't want color matching and she kept yapping and yapping and yapping about what to do and what not to do with makeup and proceeded to bring me makeup and attempted to put makeup on my face 😳
