Sharon was amazing!! She was so helpful, and answered all my questions. I ended up getting all the items I’ve been needing, and didn’t know which were the best ones for me. If you come into Ulta, ask for Sharon she’s the best and she won’t keep you waiting! This shopping spree only took me 10 minutes and I tried some products. Thankyou Ulta for having someone like her that’s experienced and so kind!
I booked a makeup appointment at this store for today September 1st, at 10:15. I drove an hour to get to the store, only to be called when I was pulling into the parking lot at 10:00 saying that they will not be honoring my appointment. I booked more than 24 hours in advance, during open hours, yet no one bothered to call until 15 minutes prior. What a tremendous waste of over 2 hours of my time.
