McKayla was great. I walked in clueless, told her I haven’t worn makeup since Covid and she did a color match and got it on the first try! Walked in and out of the store in 15 min ☺️
Ulta in person is usually topnotch. AVOID Ulta online at all cost. Never a good experience.
Wanted help getting a shade match and the employee acted like I was a bother and didn’t really help all that much.
I seriously have to give one of the ladies that works at this location the biggest shout out! Stormy, she was seriously amazing! Her customer service was a breath of fresh air! I took my little girl in there to spend her gift card she got from Xmas, so this was her 1st experience in a beauty story.
