Savanah was a wonderful help and took time out to really help me look for the product I wanted. She was great!
stormy noticed i had a lot in my hands and ran over to hand me a bag. i appreciated the small gesture so much! she then approached me afterwards and asked if she could show me some recommendations on lip liners. she ended up helping me with a color that i love! she was so personable and i’ll be back to get my brows done.
Unhelpful staff. Judgmental at that also. You can’t spend your time in this store trying to color match yourself (when they haven’t offered help) because they assume you’re stealing. They’ll have an employee follow you around the store deliberately watching you. Then that employee will walk back up to the cashiers and gossip about you. Happened to my family member and I last night.
Absolutely terrible customer service from cashier Delaney at this Ulta location. We were standing in line at the register to be checked out and were unsure if she was available to help us so my husband asked if she was ready for us to come up. I guess she was offended that we interrupted her conversation with coworkers about her nails because instead of responding professionally she immediately became rude and passive aggressive throughout the entire transaction. Loved my experience here! Stormy and Maria truly made it special. Stormy, who works at the Benefit Brow Bar, did an amazing job on my brows. They look SO good. I feel like me again ♥️ Maria helped me find the perfect shade for a tinted moisturizer and was incredibly kind and compassionate throughout the process. I don’t know much about makeup and often find it intimidating, but she walked me through each step and made me feel completely comfortable. No question felt silly, and I really appreciated that.
