I had such a wonderful experience with Brandi at Ulta! It was my birthday when I came in, and she went above and beyond to make my experience feel extra special. She took the time to help me find the right products for my skin. I got a lot of fun products. I left feeling so happy and excited about my products. Thank you, Brandi, for making my birthday a little more special! I got so many compliments :)
I genuinely don’t know how this location continues to operate with the level of customer service I’ve experienced here. Every time I come into this Ulta, I leave disappointed. I am rarely greeted, nobody seems to acknowledge that I’m even there, and I almost always have to find someone myself if I need help. Skip this location and checout the Bluehawk Ulta for clean fully stocked shelves and friendly staff. The actual Ulta employees here were nice and genuinely helpful. One staff member tried really hard to find a lipstick shade I wanted and she even offered to call the other stores to see if they had it in stock! So kind! On the "luxury" side watch out for brand representatives who dress like Ulta employees but try to lure you to their counter and oversell their product. Kristen was an absolute delight today. So knowledgeable and really listened to my skincare and makeup journey. I finally feel like I'm moving on the right direction with her recommendations. Cassandra was outstanding fixing my daughter's bangs and layers. We truly appreciated the additional tips on getting the desired outcome in her every day wear. This will be our new go-to Ulta! Could not be happier!
Beth was awesome. I was searching for a tinted SPF type thing and she zoned in on me and got me hooked on the lancome 3 serum supertint and the uv expert primer and spf. They are two separate items but I don't care that it cost more to buy two separate things, as long as I look good. Beth was wearing the duo at work and she looked friggin great so thats honestly what sold me.
