Someone fraudulently used my number for this place and they fixed it for me quickly and without hassle. Very friendly and has a very clear voice over the phone.
I had a really bad haircut at another hair salon. It was over razor cut which made it very thinned. I booked a haircut at this Ulta salon to try to get it fixed. I thought I had booked with another stylist but I guess I made an error online and accidentally chose Ingrid and didn’t know it and so when I got there is when I found out I had booked with the wrong person .
