The service was terrible. I walked in and had to ask a group of four women for assistance, no one offered. One woman came over to help me only to walk away while I was explaining without explanation and sent over another woman. That woman then said I will need to send another person over to help you with that. The big mystery – I just wanted a mascara like my previous mascara.

I am truly disappointed with this Ulta. I have been a customer for years, getting my child’s haircut at other Ulta locations happy, but NOT the BluHawk one. On their website it says child’s haircut, $25.00. I’ve been paying that for quite some time. We wanted to try out this new location and upon sitting in the chair, the stylist says, “kids these days have long hair, it’ll be $47”. Pink Rosie and Bri were amazing! Pink Rosie was able to make a recommendation for a tinted moisturizer and color match me perfectly. Bri was able to get a few things ordered that weren’t in store. Both were kind and patient.

Very large selection of beauty products. Gave 4 stars because they were out of a few products, maybe due to it being right after holidays, but still disappointing since we came specifically for those items.

Nicole is truly amazing at what she does. I can’t tell you how great my haircut was from her. Further, she nailed the product recommendations I asked for so I could start taking care of my hair more. She’s my new go to hair lady!
