I came here for summer mink until I smelled something on a tester strip and fell in love with the scent. An employee came by, her name is Aleena, and I asked her "how good is your nose?" And I gave her the strip and said I wanted that smell and she went through like 5 different Colognes and then SHE FOUND IT! I was so happy, she was such a gigantic help and with such a random request as mine too! If you need help finding a particular scent, find Aleena!

Visited this location for the first time and wasn’t greeted or offered help at all. Several employees were standing together talking, and even after walking past them multiple times, no one acknowledged me. I previously worked at Ulta, so I understand employees talk, but customers should still be greeted and offered assistance. At checkout, the associate declined a prompt for extra points if I used my Ulta credit card without even asking me first. I don’t have enough words to explain what a great experience I had getting my hair done here! Ingrid did such an incredible job with cutting my hair. She was so sweet and easy to talk to, and the rest of the ladies there were so fun! I haven’t felt this pretty in a long time :)
