So, I just left Ulta after driving 1 hr 30 min to sniff around the fragrance section and check out some perfumes I’ve been eyeing. I decided to buy my top 3, but could not get the attention of any of the staff. I asked 1 girl and she told me she couldn’t open the cases but would get someone who could. Stopped and asked an older staff member. She wouldn’t even look me in the eye while telling me the same thing. If you have a girlfriend this is the place to spoil her at , unless she has other ideas , but this is a good one ..
This store is really going downhill, it is ALWAYS out of stock on tons of items, even though the app may show items in stock. Very unorganized items are all over the place. Not sure if it is just not stocked/organized because of a staff shortage?? It’s disappointing.
