I had the best experience with April. She knew exactly what I wanted as soon as I said it and gave me the best cut and style I've had in over a decade. Better than others I've tried that were 2-3x more expensive. Super grateful for her company and expertise.

I've never had a worse experience at a Salon as I did with Susan. From the beginning she was incredibly rude, disrespectful, toxic & insulting. She lacked major personal & professional boundaries. I let her talk & stayed quiet. I told her the length exactly. She then said she will cut my hair & after I can then tell her shorter instead.
