We came here after dark on December 28th with my family who was from our of the city to see if Ulta had the Maybelline lip liner that my aunt was looking for. We were approached by an employee who proceeded to interrogate us on spot on WHAT language we were speaking and WHERE we were from while she kept looking us up and down. Customer service here is great! I originally went in to get something to help with the bags under my eyes. The first product I found, the tester smelled like super glue, there's no way something that strong could be near my eyes! I asked for assistance in finding another brand and the gal took me right to it. Then I had a question about some hair products, she couldn't help me but introduced me to a lady at the salon that was knowledgeable and also very happy to help me.
