spend hours Plan on spending hours wandering around this store marveling at their vast selection of cosmetics. this is a place that all women and girls must visit. the prices are higher than some other stores but the selection is unbeatable and so is the service. the atmosphere is calming and clean and wonderful.

Ulta - coupon scam Ulta stores have horrible customer service and don't ever waste your time trying to redeem their online coupons. They are a scam. Once they were offering a free item with a purchase. They told me they were out of the free item. Another time, it was a 20% off coupon; I tried to buy an item not listed on their exempt list, once in the store I was told that although my hair care item is not listed by name on the exempt list, it's not covered. Ultra cool stuff Ulta cosmetics is a wonderful cosmetic store located on Richmond Ave. Ulta offers the latest and stylish perfumes, makeup and tons of more things. The makeup is top of the line at this store!! Perfume that has been purchased from there is offered at great prices. The staff at Ulta is very diverse, which makes for a great shopping adventure!
a womans dream come true Wow..if you like Sephora but don't need the top name brands, but everything else close to it.. this is your home..i buy everything here from straightening irons, makeup, shampoo, eye lash curlers, body wash sponges.. I can spend hours here.. You are also able to try on lots of different makeup..they stock some department store brands like Hard Candy, Elizabeth Arden, and some more exotic brands.as well as the drug store brands. PROS: fun, Large variety, not too pricey CONS: not as cheap as walmart

Tons of beauty products You'll find a bright, light, store here FULL of beauty products - everything you could imagine. The prices are regular manufacturer-recommended, although sometimes in the Sunday paper there will be a coupon. There are also salons inside and the employees will help if asked.
Highly recommend I had my haircut at Ulta a few weeks ago and loved it! Like most women, I am very skeptical of new people cutting my hair. I was just browsing and the girls were so nice that I asked to get my haircut. They had an appointment open and the girl was just so nice! She really sat and talked with me about what I wanted to do. My hair turned out great and I will definitely be going back to get my hair done at Ulta. Highly recommended!!
disappointed I went to this Ulta for a cut and color which ended up being a bad experience. My stylist was rude - he scoffed at the picture I had brought in and then wouldn't suggest an alternative haircut, saying my hair was too weird. When I told him where I lived, he called it ghetto and told me I shouldn't tell people the truth about where I lived. The stylist next too me made fun of her client too the whole time.
