Bri is the SWEETEST and so knowledgeable about skincare and makeup. She has a great eye for detail and went wayyyy above and beyond to help me find new products that work best for my skin tone-and especially for my new hair color that I’m struggling with. This review is directly on the salon, not the brow benefit counter, but the salon benefit brow I came in today. Wanted to spend a little extra money on my eyebrows. I figured a Ulta is a known brand. There’s no way they can mess up my eyebrows today, I tried to often for the lamination brow Styling And tint. The girl clearly did not know what she was doing. Esmerelda was such a lovely help making the beauty and skincare world feel so much more accessible and easy to shop around in, i’m real new to the whole thing but she made everything so seamless and beautiful!

This store used to be great but now it’s a minefield of being asked if you need help every 5 steps. So many employees at every part of the store except checkout that always is a long wait. Not to mention so many products don’t have prices! Instead of having the employees bully the customers they should be pricing the store. It felt like harassment or targeted for shop lifting. Either way, I would seriously consider a different approach.
