Really disappointed with my experience at this Ulta. I placed a curbside pickup order thinking it would be quick and convenient — instead, I ended up sitting in my car for almost 20 minutes with no sign of anyone coming out. After waiting way too long, I finally went inside, only to see my name clearly listed on their device at the online order station. I had the best experience today searching for a specific shade of eyeshadow. Merrick was patient and tenacious. Didn't doubt me for a second. We found the right blend and I felt really seen.
Garbage product. OVERPRICED, INEFFECTIVE, caters to men. Used for 7 months to ZERO effect. I'm not even 50 yet, absolute trash.
