Last week I shopped at Ulta and had another great customer experience. Narine’s ability to find the brands and shades I have used and loved before as well as to offer good recommendations on lipsticks and lip pencils by Charlotte left me super pleased! One of the products I wanted was out of stock, but it was easily purchased at the register and mailed to me for free in a matter of days. Love this place!
I went to Ulta Sunday. When we got there, there were two ladies waiting outside. It was 10:59 and the store opened at 11:00. When a lady unlocked the door to let the two gals in one of them said were not open yet. My husband said but it's 10:59 and showed his watch. They didn't say anything and just locked the door.
