I spent over 40 minutes in this store looking for items for my daughter. I spent most of my time in the e.l.f aisle which is approximately 15’ away from the front registers. I am a 50 yr old dad in a hoodie and a sweatshirt. Who in the store most looks like they could use some help?? Surprise for the employees that don’t understand how to help people!! Pitiful service. Big shout out to Lisa! She was wonderful to me, helping me pick out my bridal make up. She was wonderful accommodating to my sensitive skin. When she couldn’t find the product she recommended, she went right back to try to find an exact match. Thank you Lisa so much for trying to help make my special day!
They gave my husband a card that is NOT redeemable online. The card they gave us has no pin number and cannot be used to make any purchases! This is NOT a legitimate refund. I am owed money back for a purchase where I spent REAL cash. This is unacceptable and now we have to come back to the store! When I worked at Ulta the people there had to love make-up, love helping customers and actually be competent!
