I went to Ulta, hoping to make it a quick trip. I will say the attendance inside the store were very helpful. I was purchasing a perfume. But when I got to the cash register the cashier ringing me up failed to ask if I wanted to use my points which I had almost $20 worth. After making the sale, she returned and made a double purchase on my debit card in an excessive amount. Unfortunately, the manager was there also and did not mention it would charge my card twice. Esma in Lancôme….you are my hero. I went in there looking for a certain product and lo and behold it was not there. I’ve never tried the Lancôme makeup line and all I can say is WOW! She offered to apply certain products on me and I’m old school and said no..just go with what you think. After she asked a few questions, she lined me right out and although it’s a tad pricy…I don’t care now. Love the product and the fact that with very little information, she nailed it.
