The workers made me feel so uncomfortable shopping at this location the last couple of times I’ve visited. I had 4 workers ask me if I was finding everything okay…like every 5 minutes or so there was someone going up to me. I’m someone who is very intentional when it comes to shopping so I like to take my time. They made it seem like I was going to steal something. Dirty poor management and the salon has no manners I had made an appointment but I was in a car accident I was out in a walk in only basis for missing one appointment. They don’t have a cancellation policy but somehow they thought that was okay. Never again they didn’t even let me rebook without Immediately canceling my appointment. If they don’t have a policy why are they making one up. Totally not acceptable they act like there a high value salon when they’re up to par to great clips.
First off, I’m a diamond member, just want to start off with that. My niece and I came in to do a pick up for myself and I had to grab a few more items. I was asked once if we were finding everything ok, I responded with “yes! thank you so much, we’re just looking around.” Then the same lady proceeds to pace up and down the side of the aisle that we’re standing at to make sure we weren’t stealing. She didn’t move the entire time. Never in my life I felt so uncomfortable. Very rude all around including the cashier. Do better.
