Walked in to get something for my wife, and was immediately helped by someone who help me find the exact item I went in to get.
I really do love ultra, however my recent experience with Kristen was horrible. She was rude, indifferent and unkind.
If I could give 0 I would. Went in to get a shade match, this woman with black hair and dress was super rude. I stated I had a 25$ budget for just foundation she acted like I shouldn't even be shopping for makeup. Never had I turned around and walked out so fast. Do better please
I'm not a girls girl and stores like this can be overwhelming to me. But all the gals inside were amazing super friendly and listened to my unintelligent description of what I was thinking I wanted followed up with wonderful questions getting me everything I needed
