I had an awesome customer service experience at this Ulta location today. I'm 52 years old and sometimes need recommendations and application lessons on new products so I just wanted to give a 5 star shoutout to the young lady named Savanah who works there for helping me. Already got a few compliments since leaving the store. Thank you

This store and their manager Amanda and general manager are absolutely ridiculous when it comes to theft! I’ve told them multiple times that I have a sister who looks a lot like me and is probably the person they claim they have on camera concealing items in their bag and making off out of the store with. Because I don’t go around stealing from people or businesses and don’t appreciate being accused of something I’m not guilty of!!
