I stopped by the store last weekend and recieved extraordinary service from Maddie. She gave excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help me find the items I was looking for.
I love the salon here! Keda, the expert stylist here, is amazing! She talks to me about my hair, what it needs, when it needs it, always positive, professional, and just a good person. I will come here for Keda to do my treatments, trim my ends, and color. The store it's self is always clean and the staff is always smiling and inviting. 🥰
i came in looking for a red lip but had no idea where to start, chantel helped me out along with another employee with red locs (i’m sorry i can’t remember her name). they were both so friendly and helpful and i will definitely be back! :)
Save your eyebrows, don’t go to the Ulta Beauty Salon. Don’t let them tell you, as they did to me, that it’s the same as going to the Benefit Brow Bar. While the woman who waxed my eyebrows was very nice, she has absolutely NO business doing brows. I came in with full natural brows that I had left alone for months.
