I had an amazing experience here on two separate occasions with Cesar and Nancy. I came in clueless about what makeup to buy to achieve the look I was going for. They suggested lots of makeup for me and even were patient enough to apply it on me. They are awesome!
Honestly, this review really makes me sad to write because I genuinely came into Ulta hoping to feel helped, educated, and welcomed especially as a Black woman trying to find products that work for my skin. It was a very hot day, and I had already gone to another store trying to find sunscreen, but everything I tried kept leaving a white cast and not blending properly into my skin. GREAT customer service! As soon as you walk in you get greeted & the staff is very friendly! Highly recommend this location!
This Ulta Beauty is a lot bigger and has more supplies than the one in Springfield Mall. My sister and I keep coming here so that most of the workers recognize us. It's good to catch an Ulta Beauty sale or a big sale especially when they add up to your points. Those points turn into money you can use for your purchase. It's in Delaware, no taxes.
Never got a good service there.
