I won't be coming back to this store again due to the staff. I walked into the store 20 minutes before it closed and the clerk at the front who was not waiting on any customers yelled to me that "the store closes soon just to let you know". I'm a seasoned shopper and knew exactly what I was looking for, the attitude the second I walk in was unnecessary. I had an amazing experience here on two separate occasions with Cesar and Nancy. I came in clueless about what makeup to buy to achieve the look I was going for. They suggested lots of makeup for me and even were patient enough to apply it on me. They are awesome!
Honestly, this review really makes me sad to write because I genuinely came into Ulta hoping to feel helped, educated, and welcomed especially as a Black woman trying to find products that work for my skin. It was a very hot day, and I had already gone to another store trying to find sunscreen, but everything I tried kept leaving a white cast and not blending properly into my skin.
