Wonderful friendly little bank! The manager, Valerie went out of her way to help me this past Saturday. I really appreciated her kindness.
I had to make some account changes for my non profit organization. The necessary forms were prepared in a timely manner and Shirley, a new teller, managed the changes quickly and with the standard professional and friendly manner. Always welcoming, professional and friendly!

Kavitha Ramesh assisted me when my credit card was hacked. To my great relief, she took care of everything for me and kept me posted on the case. She also helped me set up a new account and assisted with some some technical issues. Overall, Ulster Bank is A - one and I recommend them whole heartedly.
