Switching my account from a big name Bank to Ulster Bank in Wappingers Falls was one of the best decisions I have made. They are professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. Kavitha Ramesh assisted me when my credit card was hacked. To my great relief, she took care of everything for me and kept me posted on the case. She also helped me set up a new account and assisted with some some technical issues. Overall, Ulster Bank is A - one and I recommend them whole heartedly.
