The furnace in my 2023 Thor Resonate died. Don came out right way, diagnosed it quickly and ordered parts. As soon as the part came in, Don came out and installed it. He was great to work with and I will be keeping his number for any other issues that may arise.
Our rv furnace kept cutting out...not reliable and the unit was a brand new rv...2025! Husband who is very mechanically inclined and is our mr. fix it...tried MANY things, repeatedly. Switching out parts, sail switch, board. He could not get it to work (worked when we did walk thru and shortly when we got it home). Out of desperation we called Ulster rv. I was visiting the area from out of state and needed a part for my RV. Ulster RV Service was very helpful and made sure I purchased the correct part for my heater. Don was an excellent RV Mechanic. Responded extremely quickly and found a phantom electrical problem that stopped both 12v and 110 service. Thanks Don!
