Great Nora Jones concert. Great crowd. Haven't been in the theatre since I was a kid. Beautiful.

Took my 8 year old to see Norah Jones last night for her first concert. First and last time we'll be going to UPAC. Beautiful theater, great music, but I have never been around so many rude patrons in all my years of concertgoing.

On November 28, 2016, I witnessed an incredible concert by Norah Jones. The Candles, her back-up band, proved to be a talented, worthwhile opening act that was reminiscent of early '70s California - Jackson Browne, early Eagles, folk-rock with a tinge of country. When Norah took the stage, she owned it. Her vocals and her music transcended genre and time. She easily shifted from sounding like a 1939 Billie Holiday to late '60s psychedelia to Dolly Parton or Emmylou. The sound in UPAC was perfect for this sort of show and has... read more

My daughters and I went to see Alton Brown. The theater was easy to get to and had good amenities and the show was very entertaining. However for some reason the air was very foggy, especially in the balcony. It didn't smell like smoke, but I wondered if the fire department was going to show up. Not good for my asthma!
