We were lucky enough to find Ulster County Mechanical when we first purchased our home several years ago. They are an honest and professional company, which seems to be increasingly rare. They are always quick to resond when we reach out, are great at explaining any issues, and offer mutliple solutions to any problems we have had. My experience was so great! I was able to call and get service pretty immediately. Dustin came first thing in the morning because I called about a problem with my furnace short cycling. He explained everything that was going on in a way that made sense and allowed me to get the correct things fixed with the propane company. This issue with our furnace has been ongoing for a while. I needed some mini-splits installed, so I called Dustin to see if I could get an estimate. He told me he could come by that Wednesday between 5PM and 6PM. Wednesday came and I called him around 4:50 to make sure he was coming because I was holding off on dinner. No answer so I left a voicemail. He never came and never bothered to call.
