He identifies problems, gives you an informed diagnosis, offers treatments and generally advises about options and costs. I have found his advice to be invaluable, whether it's about dealing with existing trees or considering purchasing new ones.

He called in at a later date inquiring about when we would be out and I DID fail to contact him about the delay in getting to him.
