Ulrich Marine was absolutely amazing. I believe his name was Kyle. He was quick and extremely helpful. He took care of us and got us back on the water. This was our 3rd stop of the day and the only one that could help! I highly recommend you start here!
Ulrich is second to none. The experience we had here was excellent. Wes is very professional and great to work with. He made us a deal on a boat the was far beyond our expectations. Plus all the guys that work there are great. When leaving with our new boat my receiver came out due to my stupidity. Before I could get out of the truck there was 4 guys around the boat getting it back on. It was like a Nascar pit team. Thank you all at Ulrich. Good people.
Best Customer Service Ever!!
Seems we visit them each year while on vacation and you will never find anyone more helpful and willing to go the extra mile than these guys. They never let us down. We will always make the 40 min drive to get what parts we need for our boat because if there is a way they will figure it out or send us somewhere that will. I can't say enough good things about their customer service, parts and price.
